I need help with subscription

I need help, I have paid for the service but can't even raise a ticket for help!  It says my services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription.  But I just paid, the payment went through as per my bank account and also got the email from Public stating subscription is active.

but for your case, you need to open ticket with them.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
