I asked agents to change my email address no when I login it shows pick plan like an account activation they said my account is linked to my email, but it does not and now they will not respond to me and I do not have a working pin so I have no way to access anything I also just opened a ticket, but no response. This is a high priority ticket

Same happened to me but it still wants me to pick a subscription 2 months later yet I have active service. Open a ticket and they tell me that no account costs with my email even though I changed it in eversafe - they still have my account under the old email. Agents don’t understand the problem - I’ve opened 4 tickets - they are pretty useless.

I thought I’d give everyone an update. I did receive a message saying that I will have access to my account via app and online website within 24 hours the main issue was I wanted to change my email address so when they changed my email address when I login it says complete activation. I’m already activated so I should have access within 24 hours. Thank you to everyone for your support That’s what happens when you have to email addresses

opening ticket was the correct move and you did the right thing

unfortunately, we are just customers like you here and nothing much anyone can help in this community

please continue working with @CS_Agent on your issue. Message them again and push for an update
