I asked agents to change my email address no when I login it shows pick plan like an account activation they said my account is linked to my email, but it does not and now they will not respond to me and I do not have a working pin so I have no way to access anything I also just opened a ticket, but no response. This is a high priority ticket

I thought I’d give everyone an update. I did receive a message saying that I will have access to my account via app and online website within 24 hours the main issue was I wanted to change my email address so when they changed my email address when I login it says complete activation. I’m already activated so I should have access within 24 hours. Thank you to everyone for your support That’s what happens when you have to email addresses
