it took me a week to set up my phone but but my subscription already started. I was travelling got a roaming add on, but because I couldn't set up my phone, I wasn't able to use the roaming. so I paid $30 for nothing. I'd like to cancel it. 

I can' seem to text people on sms! 

I've searched and searched and searched for any kind of help and Ihavn't been able to find any.

There seems to be absolutley no way to get any kind of customer service. every time I try to send a ticket the link doesn't work... it's been endless. I'm so ready to cut my loses and switch backt o my old plan and rave about how terrible Public  mobile is on every platform I can find.

Help!
