The Payment History does not give enough details nor is is accurate. The totals of both my debits and credits are way off of what I actually paid. I tried to send a private message to a moderator but the system would not let me. I also emailed the support address but it is no longer active. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

And that's one issue with Public Mobile being a prepaid service, without many bells and whistles is lacking in support for a business use by a customer.
Personally, if the usage of the phone is to be business, this isn't the place to get service, as the system isn't designed to allow self-serve access to the information in a required fashion.
Folks looking for business information, should go with a carrier service that provides that upfront.
