Who was your cell provider before going to Walmart?

It is a sim puk my daughter tried to put a password in for a sim card and it locked her out it's a brand new phone just bought it at Walmart 2days ago and it worked perfectly till now it's asking for a puk saying if I don't get it right in 10 tries the sim will be locked for good

Well, there are a couple of different types of unlock codes. Depending on the exact error message, the moderators are not able to help you - you might need to contact your previous provider (for a network unlock PIN) or even the manufacturer of your phone (for a master unlock PUK).
And as mentioned above, the only way to get help from the moderators (= Public Mobile customer service) is through private message. it's first come first serve, and it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.

You may have to be patient depending on their workload for them to reply.
