If your service was working before and now if it's not working then please send a private message to the @CS_Agent. In your message to the mods, please include:
- explaination of your issue
- your account and phone number.

Are you a new customer?
When did you sign up?
Have you activated your SIM card?
What does your self serve account say?
Is your phone compatible with the Telus/Public network? Is it unlocked?
Have you initiated a port-in of your existing phone number?
When is your renewal date? Are you on auto-pay?
Have you rebooted your phone?
