or if you still have access to email to receive 2FA code, then use Chatbot to open a proper ticket. Just open ticket Use the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us. You will be asked to login, enter the login name and password. When asked for 2FA ,click Didn't receive code and then Send email to get 2FA via email
