I have chosen the new promo plan 4GB for $24.00 . Everything went well until payment. I chose to pay on my laptop rather than the app. I received confirmation for the payment. When I went back to the app, it did not let me continue and it only says Error. Apparently it is a system error and the account is blocked. I am a senior, and need help.
