Hello, 

 

Most of my family are in Public Mobile, and we have same plan. ($25, Unlimited Call&Text-500MB+500MB)

However, All profiles are different.

 

Please, let me know about these.

@kiwoony2  Your son is using the bonus that gets used after running out. The regular 1GB will return after renewal and any remaining bonus will stay on account until needed and used.

Any specific concerns about the profiles?

 

Your daughter profile

Looks like that she used the less data.  She still has most of her bonus 1GB data add on.  Been with PM for more than one year = loyalty credit of $1

 

Your profile

Are you the newest customer of PM?  No loyalty credit.  No 1 GB bonus.  Either you used it all up in the past or you just recently signed up and missed out on the special 1GB bonus.

 

You son profile

Used up his monthly allotment of 1 GB data and is now using his 1 GB promo data add on.  Been with PM for more than one year = loyalty credit of $1.  His account was used to refer both you and your daughter's accounts, so he gets the $2 friend referral.

 

The 1GB data promo was given to customers who had active accounts on August 19- Septmeber 4.

@kiwoony2  Everything looks normal. Your son and daughter get the loyalty reward. When data does not show on the landing page it means it's been used up.

Your son and daughter account was over 1 year old.  They both has $1 loyalty reward.

You created your son account first.  You used your son account to refer your daughter and yourself, This explans why your son has $2 refer-a-freind reward.

 

All 3 accounts have the autopay enabled with the $2 autopay reward.

I also believe your son is using the bonus data because he ran out of plan data (500mb +500nb) as it no longer shows.
