Has it been a full month since you requested a refund ( your next bill due i mean) . They usually won't refund but apply it as credit if anything there's a credit available to you. If it has and you still don't see anything then yes reply to the message in the inbox they last sent to you if still no reply (it could be that person doesn't work there anymore who knows) send another private message asking them what's up don't be shy there could be many reasons its not done yet.

@Pbc_plan15 we are just customers like you and we cannot help mich with refund issue. Please check your Community 8nbox, find the last response from CS agent and reply and ask for update
