I'm not able to receive any OTP on my number due to which I cannot register to ever safe I tried multiple times but I still cannot get any OTP. I cannot change anything on my account as it's not allowing me to go forward without OTP

Maybe your credit card information is not updated? And that causes a service interruption which would explain why you don't receive the OTP...

Does it show the option Didn't Get Code and click on it, there should be an option for Send to Email. If not, please message a CS Agent and they can resolve it.
