can you make outbound calls? if you can make outbound calls and just not able to receive inbound, then it is a problem with the porting
if you cannot even make outbound calls, then it is a setup problem
try reboot the phone once more and test
but you can make outbound calls and just not receive inbounds, It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. PM is an online service so you need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket/Contact on the Chat icon or dm an agent directly.

Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming with YES you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will incomplete.
