In the past there has been some billing confusing in the Telus Family, Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile. If you are using one of those, perhaps the charge is under the wrong name. Otherwise report the fraudulent purchase to your bank, lock your card, etc.

If you're not a customer and do not know why Public Mobile has charged you a fee, someone else has used your credit card without permission.  In that case, please contact your card issuer to file a dispute for an unauthorized charge.
