I'm being charged for some top up I did not subscribe to.

Hello,

Was just charged for the first time for some automatic top up I did not subscribe to.  Can a customer service agent get back to me?  $9+hst charged on Jan. 8th.

I agree with @will13am on this. When it says "automatic top-up" that means you had a credit on your account and the $9 plus HST was just to top up what was owed on the account for the payment cycle. That happens to me all the time as I have credits on my account over the last few months.

It sounds like a plan renewal.  What plan are you currently on and did you have credits in your account prior to renewal?  Account credits are used up first before dipping into the credit card.

@Kkar , are you able to confirm via payment history on your account exactly what this $9 + HST charge relates to?  There are no add-ons that cost $9.  In any event, if you need charges corrected, send a PM to support using the link below.
