Hello,
Was just charged for the first time for some automatic top up I did not subscribe to. Can a customer service agent get back to me? $9+hst charged on Jan. 8th.

It sounds like a plan renewal. What plan are you currently on and did you have credits in your account prior to renewal? Account credits are used up first before dipping into the credit card.

@Kkar , are you able to confirm via payment history on your account exactly what this $9 + HST charge relates to? There are no add-ons that cost $9. In any event, if you need charges corrected, send a PM to support using the link below.
