PM does not offer refund because plans are prepaid.
You will only get a credit on your next bill.
Just contact a PM CS Agent.

In general, since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds. However, sometimes the customer service agent (CSA) may credit your account the add ons to your available funds which can be used for next month's payment. However, YMMV.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: brought wrong add on. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.
