I join PB over 5 years ago and $25 plan, I only need to pay $14.7 /month (which reduced all rewards)

Since May , I  have to pay $26.25 ; Look I lost all my Ref credit and all royal reward.

I don't want point but still want my monthly fee get reduced.

It makes no sense that PB force my use point rewards and change my monthly fee discount to point. 

Can anyone help me fix that .

I didn't see any cheap plan less than $23...

First I would check what plans are available to you on the app. And see if a cheaper one available. Not likely since they don't let you downgrade anymore. Then I would start looking around for a different provider there are a few around 1 to 3 gigs at 19 to 20$ and a few at $15 if you dont need data Not as cheep as it was with the old Loyalty program but less then your paying now and you don't have to deal with the points

@xiaogege  Sorry this last march everyone has been switched to the new point system . No more old $loyalty rewards , instead now you have to pay full plan price and earn 5% back on plan spend . And get 10 points once a year on your anniversary. Friend refferals keep same value 1 point every 30 days . But now with added step of waiting till you earned 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill from rewards portal in your account
