I saw a plan for $20 for 3 G or $19 for 1G, but can't change my plan to those;How can I change my plan to cheaper ones. 

Since May , I  have to pay $26.25 ; Look I lost all my Ref credit and all royal reward.I don't want point but still want my monthly fee get reduced.It makes no sense that PB force my use point rewards and change my monthly fee discount to point. Can ...
