My apologies, this topic has already been escalated since Tuesday. With no viable solution anyway.
I am surprised the same is posted again. Could someone tell me how to close this topic?
Another, new question was posted about 5-10 minutes ago. Strange....

It was resolved by my manually dialing the number rather than using the contact. Everything was back to normal the next day. Thank you

@Bohemianred Dial 611 from your phone. What happens? Is you account active? If not, the was an issue with your renewal. Access your selfserve -> payment history to determine what happened.

Do you very any error messages when you try to dial
Does it happen with every number local and ld? Did it ever work?
Is anything else (text or data) working?
What is the status when you login to your self-serve?

If call is NOT local you have dial 1 xxx xxx xxxx.
You need to provide more detail.

Did calls work previously? Or is this a new activation?
Are you able to receive calls? What about texts?
What happens when you try to call?
- If it plays a recorded message, does the call go thru after the message?
Can you try dialing the number manually to make the call?
