I have several packages in my account to add to data but ca't make them work?

Hello Please help...I have several packages of data that I've purchased but it does not automatially go there.  What is the Issue? Surely they must have some automatic features in this site...frankly getting pissed off and thinking of switching. I anyone has some advise I would appreciate:)

Did cell data (not wifi) ever work here?

What plan are you on?

If you click on any little spinner refresh icons lower down do you see if your account is active?
