Try using someone else phone to call the landline and see if it works.
If it doesn’t work then there is a problem with the landline.
If it works then it could be your phone.

Can you call your Fave number from a different phone number?

HI @Dino3 You never able to call that number since you joined PM?
or it works and stopping working today?
You got busy tone? or some voicemail telling you error number?
Try reboot your phone once
Also, the number you just call, you know if you can reach it with another phone?
If nothing you tested was working , open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

It's interesting. I'm currently still waiting to hear from a Telus tech to solve a problem of people calling me from any Telus family phone. You're seeing this the other way around ie. you calling a Telus landline from a Public account.
Can you test whether other Telus family phones can call in to it?
Has Telus been contacted? Are they just pointing their finger back at Public?

Is it a Telus or Koodo or Public number? Is it possible they've blocked you accidentally? If you hide your number will it ring through? Can others call that number? Can you call it from another phone? Are you able to see what the phone at the other end sees and does?
