@eliesalame : sorry but your phone is not compatible because it's only a 2G phone.

Hello,

Frequencies cannot be changed. When the phone was being manufactured, certain hardware was installed and enabled so that the phone could operate on pre-set frequencies.

As far as checking the frequency of your phone, it works on a 2G network, whereas PM's is the more modern 3G. As a result, your phone is incompatible with PM's network.

how do you check the frequency and how can you change it?

If Frequencies are NOT the 850/1900 for 3G

1700/2100 for 4G LTE, THEN Handset will NOT FUNCTION

3G is the Bare minimum required for overall usage, if only 4G, you'll have to be in a 4G LTE covered area to receive service

Hello. If BB 8310 Doesn't support BB10 iOS, then that's why it's not working. Data, Txt, etc support ONLY BB10.

Also, PM does NOT have 2G GSM Fallback, only 3G: 850/1900 MHZ

4G LTE: 1700/2100 MHZ

4G LTE Advanced: 700 MHZ ( Telus Has Not Built up this Infrastructure Yet, and Handsets Need to have this Specific Frequency to Use that particular LTE Advanced Hardware
