Going through my bank statement and noticed that I got charged twice for my January payment for my service with Public mobile, both on Jan 14 and Jan 15. the one of Jan 14 2024 has been processed while the one of Jan 15 is still pending, kindly assist in reverting the second chard

Did you have previous double charges in the past payments?
If not, I would just wait 1-2 days to make that the pending charge goes away. If it does not go away and gets posted, then contact customer service agent.

please wait for 3-5 days to see if the pending charge will also get poste
If so 2 options
1. It will remain on your account as a credit for next month.
2. Submit a ticket if posted after 5 days to support below if you don't want to wait. But I understand that if they do decide to credit, can take just as long to see the credit. So best to leave it.
