Just signed up for Public Mobile. My phone is working perfectly but when I tried registering online so I can check balances, manage account it will not accept my phone number, It says its not valid

If so, it's your email address and password. Nothing to do with your phone number.

@sweetescape58 If you have already had access to your account prior to this it would have been with your email that you signed up with, not a phone number. Where does the phone number come in? Earlier you said you just tried to sign up and couldn't because of the phone number. Have you had access or not?
I believe if you click on the 3 dots top right of the message you selected as a solution yuo can un select it.

If you activated in store. Go to this link to create a serve account.

If you did the activation at home your account is already created. Go to this link to log in.

If you used a referral code for a $10 signup bonus the credit will be applied to your account within 72 hours.

Did you activate in a store or yourself online?
If yourself, then your account will have been created in that process. Use the log in to the left and use the email you used when you activated and the password you created.
