Just signed up for Public Mobile. My phone is working perfectly but when I tried registering online so I can check balances, manage account it will not accept my phone number, It says its not valid

I am wondering if the Samsung Galaxy FE is compatible with Public Mobile. Can anyone tell me as I would like to get it, thanks, Leanne

Not solved. It will not recognize my phone number...It says it is not valid. I have already had access prior to this issue.
