Good it is only the SIM PIN that you need.
Just contact a CS_Agent via private messaging (envelope icon) or create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot bottom of this Community page.
They should help with the PUK. Their hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm EST.

It's a sim card pin and since it's a new phone and can't unlock it there no data to worry about.

Hi @gianna_20 Actually if you are talking about device pin and not sim card pin, there is nothing you or PM can do. Factory reset is the only way. It you have been backing up your phone, its not too bad, you just have to restore everything after. But if no backup, you will need to re-seup everything from scratch

Hi @gianna_20 is it sim card PIN? you can try again until it is locked. it will then ask for sim card PUK, you can then open a ticket with CS Agent and they can help with PUK
