How can I create new account since phone is stopping working now. I can’t make payment now

You already created a account if you activated your SIM. Just follow the recommendations by others to purchase a voucher at the following locations and dial *611 and enter the voucher number:

Or you can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and enter them in 611 without the pin. Or you can use the real time payments method in some stores.
Then you can take your time to ask support. But then too their response times have improved. If you make a ticket then use the pin option. I find it works better. Hopefully you remember it.

@Thienngo2004 you can try to make payment using *611 if you remember your 4 digits pin
for my account access , First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
