I forgot my account pin number

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, To Login Page

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

and go to Profile and reset.

@qianlianmin hi go into your self serve account go to profile,you can reset your pin in there

Login to your account and change it in Profile.

@qianlianmin - are you able to log into My Account? You can reset your account pin under the Profile tab.

edit, to add, after going to the Profile tab, go to "My Security Info", and you will see the PIN reset there.
