I dont know why my account was disconnected when I have auto payment on it. and My credit card still works fine. That phone is for my grandmom and I didnt remember the account number and password. I tried to create the new one. But when I entered the code from text message it always told me incorrect. what happened. Please help.

Did you use the email that was used at sign-up? That's the userid. Then you would have made a password. The code from the text message is your PIN for asking help from the moderators directly via private message to validate who you are.
Then indeed as people have also said you'll need to send a private message to the moderators. Others have provided the info.

Hey @popping, The moderator hours go to 7:30 on weekends (not 7:00pm).

@zmh1175, you will need to get in touch with the moderator team (via private message), and ask then to provide you with your login information, and to reset your password. At the same time, you can ask about the failed auto payment.
