I have been with Public mobile for a month and I used the 2 gb promo code after adding plan but I don't see the extra data. I'm using the 25 plan and only show 1025mb. please help.

How long has it been since you received the promo? Some PM promotions expire or you used the 2GB of data already (was it a one-time usage promo or was it a month-to-month basis promo?), if not, contact SIMon or Public Mobile for further assistance.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer.
If you still do not see 2GB after doing above, contact agent for an explanation.
