I do not get a text to confirm my identity when using app or Web

hi @Amin5 did you ask for port in phone number?? are you receivimg inbound calls??  I think porting was not done.  Call the porting support team and get it sorted first. I have sent the number to your comments inbox

after a couple of failed attempts to send code via SMS, you should get option to have it sent to your email.
