My Mother's Bill was Not Paid, I had to use my Other CC to cover, BUT After looking at the CC Statement online, It was Sufficient.
But after calling, Finding out something that is CERTAINLY NOT Correct
March 12, PM charge $0
Then March 16 or 17 charge $71.19
This is Very odd, and Awkward.
I need answers to this issue.
I have initially sent an pm about the Charge, BUT I'm sending the Community this as I found this out Afterwards, and PM Need to answer for this

@makkahn28 Login into your mother's account and review payment history. Are you sure her account did not renew on the 16th? That payment would be $63 before taxes.

@makkahn28, If you would like the community to help with charges, you would need to post a screenshot of your payment history page for the past couple of months. I'm sure someone will be able to explain what might have happened.
