Hi. I noticed that you're offering a new promo on a 4G plan for $24/month. It's unfair to only offer the promos to new customers while ignoring long-time customers such as myself. I'd like to respectfully request a waiver to the 'new customer' policy in this case. Best Regards, Arthur.

If customer service at company makes an exception for a customer, one of the worst things that customer can do is openly discuss it. This could make the person who made the decision regret doing so, and could actually lead to stricter enforcement of policies.

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.
