@Phoxee try manually choosing AT&T and restarting your phone.

Lots of us keep roaming turned off by default and then forget all about turning it on if we are actually trying To ROAM!
But my impression is that many don't end up properly purchasing the roaming add-on. Need to add the funds then purchase the desired add-on. If you just purchase the add-on but didn't add the funds to your account first it doesn't work. My take on it is that even if you have a registered credit card and autopay set up, you still need to actually add the funds to your account (from the credit card) and then buy an add-on. But I could be wrong....

Does the addon show in your overview?
It's a2 step process, first you withdraw money than you go back and purchase it.
If it's there, make sure roaming is enabled try restarting
Try selecting att or TMobile manually.
