I cant make any phone calls or text all of a sudden. Im an old customer. What’s happening? In my account it says my account is active.
anyone else with this issue?
do we all have to order a new sim card since they are with telus now?

Hi, thanks for your reply.. and no nothing works even when i reset my phone.. 😕

@44 @Margaret0 First try rebooting or toggling airplane mode on/off. You can try your SIM in another phone to rule out any device issues. Another option is to try setting the network mode to 3G/WCDMA.
