Chatbot is sending me in circles and to 404 pages. 

I'm losing my mind. 

How do I get someone to reach out to me to fix this broken

There isn't anyone here with the ability to fix website issues. By posting a message here, you were only asking for advise from other customers.  If you're reeiving e-mail messages from Public Mobile each time someone posts a new message, please unsubsribe from the e-mail notifications for this message thread.

I do mind. LinkedIn is using caller ID as part of their verification process.

@Edentremont you can leave the name and address as is if you don't mind.  PM is prepaid provider and those info are more for record keeping.   Even the credit card update, only postal code and name on card on the credit card update page matters

but if you like to clear it up, then  open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
