Chatbot is sending me in circles and to 404 pages.
I'm losing my mind.
How do I get someone to reach out to me to fix this broken

There isn't anyone here with the ability to fix website issues. By posting a message here, you were only asking for advise from other customers. I do mind. LinkedIn is using caller ID as part of their verification process.

@Edentremont you can leave the name and address as is if you don't mind. PM is prepaid provider and those info are more for record keeping. Even the credit card update, only postal code and name on card on the credit card update page matters
