i view my account and it says "Account Status: Active" but I CANT USE MY DATA.  can anyone help me with this problem...plz

@ilikelc yeah that's kind of an important bit of info that you could have included right away.  🙂  Have you reached out to one of the community moderators via private message yet?  If not, please do so right away.  You can find links at the bottom of this reply with info on contacting the moderators and using private messaging.

O ok maybe its a system glitch send a msg to mod so they can fix it manually
Contact mod dept they will help you with the process
In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

What you do click on link then webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your reason with account and email address

Yes, it was working before 

it's stop when i pass my payment due day, after i got my service back I can only make phone calls but no data. But it has LTE sign on the top of my Iphone

First of all im not a new user, i been using public mobile seens last year, it was doing well.

because this time I paid my bill 2 days late. After I got my service back, I can make phone calls,but my Data won't work at all. I change the SIM card to my other Iphone, it still won't work. So I think it's someting wrong with my account, that's why I want a Mod check into my account, see if anything gose wrong with it.

@ilikelc I think @ShawnC13 has identified the most probably cause of data suddenly stopping.  Can you please sign into self-serve, and on the Overview page (which you land on after signing in), check the "My Add-ons" section.  Do you see an entry such as:

 

12GB Data
1791.130  /  12288 MB

 

Your numbers will likely be different depending on your plan and how much you have used.  But if you see no such line at all, then you have used all your plan data which is why it has stopped.

As mentioned above the post is lacking more info. Did the data work before ? Is this the first time; how much data it shows on the self serve account??

Hi,

  if you can please provide more details about your problem such as:

- if your data was working before and all of sudden it stopped working, or

- if it stopped working after changing phones or

- if you are a new user and just signed up for the service 

 

knowing these kind of details will be beneficial to provide you some help.

@ilikelc, when you log in to self sere is data showing under your addons?  If it isn't you have used all of your data.

Are you new user or existing
If you new user check your apn setting
Once you double check your phone is unlocked here's a link where you can get all apn setting click on the link to get details

Also take your sim out turn off phone insert sim and restart its usually help also resetting network or factory reset helps
