i view my account and it says "Account Status: Active" but I CANT USE MY DATA. can anyone help me with this problem...plz

Yes, it was working before
it's stop when i pass my payment due day, after i got my service back I can only make phone calls but no data. But it has LTE sign on the top of my Iphone

First of all im not a new user, i been using public mobile seens last year, it was doing well.
because this time I paid my bill 2 days late. After I got my service back, I can make phone calls,but my Data won't work at all. I change the SIM card to my other Iphone, it still won't work. So I think it's someting wrong with my account, that's why I want a Mod check into my account, see if anything gose wrong with it.

@ilikelc I think @ShawnC13 has identified the most probably cause of data suddenly stopping. Can you please sign into self-serve, and on the Overview page (which you land on after signing in), check the "My Add-ons" section. Do you see an entry such as:
12GB Data | 1791.130 / 12288 MB |
Your numbers will likely be different depending on your plan and how much you have used. But if you see no such line at all, then you have used all your plan data which is why it has stopped.

if you can please provide more details about your problem such as:
- if your data was working before and all of sudden it stopped working, or
- if it stopped working after changing phones or
- if you are a new user and just signed up for the service
knowing these kind of details will be beneficial to provide you some help.
