I cannot log into my account, new sim.

I have had to create a new account to be able to post here because I have not had to use the the online service for a long time. I need help logging into my actual account so I may change my sim card becuse my current one does not work.

As there is no phone number there is no way for me to directly contact someone which makes this all too frustrating.

Can someone please help me retrieve my account information, or direct me on how I may be able to change it so I can log in and change my sim card?
