I cancelled my cell account with Fido one month ago when my husband sent me an email from his Public Mobile account as a referral. I proceeded to cancel my Fido account and get an e-sim with Public Mobile for my number. This worked fabulously. It only took moments, and I was under Public Mobile. Carry forward one month, and I tried to login to my account today, and I keep getting my brother's name and then the program asks me to continue to activation of the account?
This does not make sense, so when I looked at my bank statement today, it shows Public Mobile S_V debits $14.56 from my account. This is totally wrong. I need this straightened out. I use my phone for my business, and I need the data I signed up for, which was 6 G, and I have no idea what the plan I was charged for has. I know I am using Public Mobile as it is on my header of the Google Pixel 8 that I got this year.
Can someone please help me.

Hi,
I confirmed that I could receive calls and do calls. I submitted a Ticket and got a reply from Fredy, I am in the process of getting into my account through an email I created when I got my Fido account cancelled. Thank you for helping me this far.

@DebtheBee Just to clarify something, it sounds like you might have cancelled your Fido account before porting your number to Public Mobile, is that what happened? If so, have you confirmed that you can receive phone calls on your ported number and not just make them?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
