I paid for my minutes and I tried to call out and it won’t let me call out saying that my phone isn’t hooked up. It should be hooked up. I paid for my minutes, so please help me.

@Suie51 - so you cannot make any outgoing calls, and your account says Suspended when logged into My Account, or when you call 611?
Then, go back into My Account and see if there is a balance owing to pay. Make a manual payment and reactivate services.
Edit, Autopay may have failed, if your renewal was yesterday/recently.

@Suie51 We are also just customers and can just offer suggestions to troubleshoot. If you want to reach support you'll need to create a ticket. You can use the chatbot to create a ticket,

close all browsers and clear cache/cookies/open in private mode, from computer. Log in and
you can press reactivate/resume services. and at the top of the cart, tap on it and continue until payment is taken from the credit card.

When I call star 611 saying that my phone is suspended and I pay my minutes and I’m not pay my minutes again I just paid my message yesterday so please help me

Can you please help me get my phone going? I pay for my minutes I have the receipt proving that I paid for my minutes and it saying that my phone isn’t hooked up that I need to pay for minutes which I already paid for my minutes. I am not paying for them again, so please give me my med nine minutes back and let my phone work. Please help me.

@Suie51 Is your account valid? What happens when you call 611 from your phone? Does it tell you your account is valid?
