@missgeeSearch your mailbox for an email titled "Your Public Mobile Activation Details" from public-mobile-notifications@publicmobile.ca that will be the email you used to activate your account.

@missgee You may need to send a message to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in 'rep', then select 'contact us', then select 'submit ticket' and follow the prompts to finish submitting your ticket to moderators.
Also if you have more than one email account, make sure to try a dfifferent email if you don't remember which one your signed up with.
