What a pain!

-I reset my password

-I waited for over 3 hours to sign-in

-my account has NOT been inactive

-I cleared my cache/cookies

@AO416 , try using the app.  I was able to help a friend get into his account yesterday using the app.  He was stuck in a loop with password reset on a browser.
