If you can find out which e-mail address was used, possibly by checking your existing e-mail nboxes for an e-mail message from Public Mobile, you may not need to contact a Public Mobile CSA.  You would then be able to perform the steps on the Self Serve page to reset your password.

Only a CS_Agent can help you access your account reset your password. You will need to create a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.
