Hi there, I have checked all the available tabs and cannot see my data usage. When I go to usage history, all I see are my incoming and outgoing calls and my sms messages. There is nothing on data usage. When I go to data & add-ons, it says I have no add-ons.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thank you! You are right, I have used up all my data. That explains why I can't see my data usage.

If you do not see any usage in the "My Data & Add ons section" It means that you have used up all of the data (if you have data in your plan or a data add on).
Edit: If you are trying to track data, use your phone's data tracker if you do not have an app (iOS and android both have one). If you want a data tracking app download My Data Manager. Works great with PM plans
