Click on forgot your password, enter your email address twice, answer the question you chose, get an email to that inbox (maybe spam folder), click on link in there, enter new password twice, try to login.

@noahsharkey777 I believe you tried the Forgot Password link already?
If so, open a ticket with PM Support and they can sort that out for you
