Hi, I cannot sign in my account and said my Email can’t verified. Can someone help me please....

@Christina199410You usually can't use another email because Public Mobile uses one's email as the key as an index ot one's service. You set the email at the store or during activation, you have to stick with it. That's why it is very important to make sure the email when letting a store clerk activate for you is correct.

Will it let you create an account again? That would be the easiest way.

@fangyirong Make sure no typos and that you are using the correct email.

More details would be helpful. Did you just activate a new account/plan? In store or online activation? Have you login before? Etc.
