I can’t enter the authentication code because I don’t have access to public mobile number only the data works,
it won’t let me send to email,
im stuck I need to buy more data please help reset my account so I can login

unless you purposely remove the phone number from Eversafe, the code would NOT send to email FIRST.
anyway, you saw that I suggest you to message support agent if that does not work?

that’s what I’m trying to tell u, I login, it sends. Code to my Email FIRST,
then It sends a code to the Publicnmobile phone number
which I DONT have access to
i keep contacting support but I can’t login to contact them as IT KEEPS ASKING FOR CODE SENT TO PHONE number
which I Don’t have access to

Try to connect to public wifi and try login on the PM app to purchase more data.

to login My Account, you can send the code to email. click Didn't receive code and then Send email
if you cannot receive code that way, submit ticket with PM agent by message:
