I can not send in a claim slip for support for an overpayment- now what?

Is there no way to contact for help? the claims slip for support will not submit. I am beyond frustrated with the company. What is the back up?

Click on your avatar on the top right then on Messages and private message a CS_Agent for help.

But normally quicker if you tell us your issue so we can help. Most common issue are solve quicker here.

What happened? 

Do you see the overpayment as available funds?  If so, you may just want to leave the available funds for next payment.  If granted a refund, it usually takes several weeks to process.  By that time, your next payment date would have arrived anyways.

Keep checking your Community inbox envelope icon on top right after the ticket is submitted. CS Agent will reply to you there.
