I am on the $20 province wide plan and I can no longer recieve incoming calls. Any one who calls me gets the voice mail. I tried to log in online on my self serve and it wont let me log in either, i tried reseting the password it will just say your email is incorrect. I need someone to reset my online account. And I need someone to look into my plan to find the reason i can't recieve incoming calls. THanks

Also check the call forwarding options to make sure it's not full time call forwarding.
But the login will still need the moderator.

Are you able to make calls?
Have to tried to power cycle the phone. Turn it off and restart it. Then check your settings for airplane mode or incoming calls.

Sounds like you're going to need the moderator.
Send ONE (1) private message to them here and you'll get a reply with a form back to fill out identifying information.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of this reply. Don't reply to the email. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.
Then after the verification hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 8am-00 (ET) and Sat-Sun 8am-10pm (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.
