Yesterday I switched to PM from chattr and had an issue today: while I have Data and can call anyone, nobody can call me. Also, I can't create a ticket without any reason. The button is just not active, and I checked three times that I filled in all the blanks, including IMEI number. It doesn't look like an easy start.

I got the message from them and answered, but it looks like they didn't finish yet. No wonder why I transferred. Thank you.

Sounds like your port didn't complete. Did you reply to SMS to authorize the transfer request? You'll need to contact support to resolve the porting issue.
